Plasma is the liquid part of your blood that scientists turn into life-saving medicine. Your body replaces it fast, so you can donate twice a week and get paid each time.
Your donated plasma gets frozen and sent to labs where it becomes medicine for serious illnesses. The process transforms your plasma into treatments that save lives.
These treatments support patients with bleeding and immune disorders worldwide, improving outcomes, stability, and daily quality of life.

Each donation takes about 90 minutes, and compensation is loaded directly onto a prepaid cash card that works like any Visa or Mastercard. Compensation may vary month to month and is personalized based on individual factors, but you'll always know exactly what you'll earn before your visit. *Terms and Conditions apply. Offer varies by location.
What exactly is plasma and how does it help people?
Plasma is the liquid part of your blood that carries proteins, antibodies, and other vital substances. When you donate plasma, it's used to create life-saving medications for people with immune disorders, bleeding disorders, burns, and other serious medical conditions. Your donation directly helps patients in critical care and those managing rare diseases.
How often can I donate and how long does it take?
You can donate plasma up to twice per week, with at least one day between donations. Each visit takes approximately 90 minutes, including the screening process and donation time. You can use this time to relax, listen to music, use your phone, or catch up on entertainment – many Members find it's a great way to unwind.
Am I eligible to donate plasma?
Most healthy adults aged 18-65 can donate plasma. You'll complete a medical screening either at our center or through our mobile app before your first donation. Basic requirements include weighing at least 110 pounds, being in good general health, and having adequate protein and iron levels. We'll walk you through the entire eligibility process and answer any questions you have.
Is plasma donation safe?
Yes, plasma donation is very safe. We use sterile, single-use equipment for every donation, and all procedures follow strict FDA guidelines. Our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The donation process is similar to giving blood, but we return your red blood cells to your body, so you can donate more frequently than whole blood.
How do I schedule appointments and track my earnings?
Everything happens through our mobile app – just like ordering takeout or texting a friend. You can book appointments, track your earnings, view your donation history, and get paid instantly all from your phone. The app makes managing your donation schedule simple and convenient.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit includes a health screening, ID verification, and a brief physical exam to ensure you're eligible to donate. Our staff will explain the entire process and answer all your questions. The donation itself is straightforward – you'll relax in a comfortable chair while the automated system collects your plasma and returns your blood cells. Most first-time donors find the experience much easier than expected.
